How to activate my distant banking?

When you start your registration, you will receive an email to confirm your personal profile for distant banking. You need to activate the received link, after which you can use your distant banking.

What are the password requirements?

Your password should contain 8 characters, including - small and capital letters, numbers, special characters

What is the term of validity of my password?

The password is valid for three months. One week before the expiry of the password the system will notify you and require its change.

What kind of transactions can I make via distant banking?

Using the distant banking you have the possibility to open a deposit online and to manage remotely your funds without visiting the Bank.

Can I authorize more than one transaction with one OTP code?

Each transaction requires a separate authorization code (OTP). After receiving the SMS, the code is valid for three minutes

How can I change my contact details (e-mail and/or mobile phone number)?

You can change your e-mail and / or phone in the following ways:1. In the distant banking system, following the link for change of the personal data;
2.Via telephone with the assistance of our Customer Care Service at 0700 11 004;
3.In our office, at the address: Mladost 4 district, Business park Sofia, building 14, 1766, Sofia, Bulgaria

What is the price of SMS notification?

SMS notification is free of charge and does not depend on the tariff plan of your service provider.

How to proceed if I don’t receive a requested authorization code (OTP)?

Upon clicking on the "Resend code" button you will receive an OTP code on your mobile number within a few seconds. In case of delay, please generate a new one or contact us. The button is active after the validation time has expired.

Where can I see the statements of my deposit and how long this information will be available online?

The online banking system gives you 24/7 access to the statements and advices from your account. The transaction history data is kept on-line for two years. One month before the deadline the system will remind you to download the documents to your personal PC.
